Students will have a blast in this camp learning gymnastics skills on a variety of equipment such as balance beams, trampoline, bars, vault, octagons, wedge mats and so much more. Camp will include gymnastics instruction, movement, music, specific gymnastics warm-ups, conditioning and cool down, fun group moving activities, a quick introduction every day on nutrition about foods to eat to keep you healthy and energized, and a small introduction on what muscles certain exercises build. This class will be fun, energized, fast moving and a great learning experience. Long hair pulled up, no jewelry, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
