We focus on ALL muscle groups, aerobic exercise, safe stretching, and improved balance in a "lower impact" environment. Safe and FUN exercise class for multiple age groups and abilities. Wear comfortable shoes and exercise clothing. Bring a bottle of water and prepare to ENJOY exercising!
