AquaFit is a 50 minute group fitness class which takes place primarily in the shallow end of the pool (chest deep water). We will focus on aerobic endurance, flexibility, and toning through a variety of fun, creative, and high energy resistance training movements. This class is a full body workout that can be modified for all fitness levels and physical abilities.
