After School Soccer in an instructional league to understand teamwork and develop skills. This program will be offered at 6 Elementary Schools this Spring (Commerce, Guest, Meadowbrook, Glengary, Hickory Woods, and Pleasant Lake). Players and volunteer coaches will receive instruction from Matt Pace, Walled Lake Central JV Soccer Coach. Practices will take place once a week immediately after school. Games will take place on Saturdays at Geisler Middle School. Players will receive a jersey for participating. *Background information, clearance and concussion training is mandatory for all volunteer coaches*
Students must attend the school to participate in the program. The program is planning to be available at the remaining 6 Elementary Schools next Fall.
Equipment Required: Shin Guards, Water Bottle and Cleats
