Hatha Yoga releases the mind and body from tension while allowing you to achieve balance and energy where classic Yoga postures strengthens and maintains muscles, spine, and back. Wear comfortable clothing, eat lightly prior to class. Bring a yoga mat, and several large towels. Instructor: Mimi Holland-Moritz.
