Welcome to our 41st year of Camp Wannakombak Walled Lake Community Education s most popular camp experience! Students who have completed 2nd through 5th grade will experience hiking, zip-line fun, games, edible science projects, outdoor recreation and swimming, just to name a few of the camp s exciting activities. Pond studies, wildlife lessons, river-walking, weather forecasting, high adventure fun and cooperative games add to the experience! Guest presenters visit Camp Wannakombak each year! Your child can look forward to a big surprise on the last day of this fun-filled and exciting camp. Certified lifeguards are on duty during swimming adventures.
Camp Wannakombak is licensed by the State of Michigan and the camper to staff ratio is 1 to 10. Campers will need to bring a bag lunch each day. PLEASE NO PEANUT PRODUCTS! Beverages and a camp t-shirt will be provided for each camper.
