Does your child love animals? Little Vet School provides hands-on activities that will actively engage children as they learn how to take care of a pet and explore the exciting world of veterinarians. Throughout the week, students will use their stuffed animal dog to learn how to take an assessment of their pet, care for wounds, apply stitches, and give their pet medication. They will learn what foods their pet needs to stay healthy, and those foods to avoid. Children will also learn about cat anatomy and cat body language, how to reduce their cat s stress and how to make a fun cat toy. Students will graduate at the end of the week and receive a diploma.
