Join Walled Lake Gladiator and Huron Valley Unified Lacrosse Coach Nevin Kanner (former Head Lacrosse Coach for MSU) for four days of lacrosse fun and learning. Camp assistants are current college and high school lacrosse players. This lacrosse fundamentals and skills camp is designed to meet the lacrosse
needs of the beginner as well as the experienced player.
Campers will be divided by AGE and ABILITY. Components of the camp will include: individual stick skills, passing, catching and face-offs. Campers will be given individual attention on their skill set. Other aspects of the camp will feature instruction on individual offense and defensive skills and game concepts of play such as isolations and positional strategy. Special attention will be given to goalies. Campers will be viewing instructional game film and will enjoy daily scrimmages.
Campers will also swim each day so please bring a swimsuit and towel. Red Cross Certified lifeguards are on duty. All campers must bring a lunch to camp each day (PLEASE NO PEANUT PRODUCTS!). A camp t-shirt will be provided and the last day of camp will have a pizza party and a full team scrimmage.
Parents are invited to attend the last day scrimmage from 1:30pm-3:00pm.
