Aikido does not rely on physical power but on techniques that use an attackers strength against them. Not only will students learn to defend themselves, they will develop focus, improve coordination, enrich interpersonal skills and build self-esteem. Classes are held at TASK Karate at 1537 Wixom Road and Charms.
