Aikido uses an opponents force against them through a series of joint locks, pins, throws, take downs and submission holds. Derived from the Samurai, basic techniques and scenarios will be covered from both standing and ground positions. This class is for ages 13+. Classes are held at TASK Karate at 1537 Wixom Road and Charms.
