This class focuses on building self-defense skills using punching and kicking combinations. Speed and power is developed with the use of focus mitts and bag training. Class will finish with strength training using dumbbell weights and core conditioning exercises. TASK Karate has been in partnership with WL Community Ed since 1988!
This class starts with 30 minutes of easy to follow cardio kickboxing to upbeat music followed by a variety of conditioning exercises to include bag work, circuit training and dumbbell weight training for an extremely well rounded fitness program. You will tone, strengthen and sweat the pounds off. This class is for ages 13+.
